If you ever have ridden a scooter before you know what it can't and can do.

This guy obviously knows what the scooter can and cannot do.

I venture to say that he's some kind of delivery person.

I know that some pizza places have a scooter for deliveries...no wonder they have the thick crust jobs.....it's not crust, it's bumpers.

I'm sure this guy has mastered something much bigger and a lot more power. He was just playing with this thing like it was a toy. I see this guy racing in MotoGp or some other road racing competition.

it's clearly a movie. Probably a lot of special effects used. No telling how many actual scooters were used to make that clip. Sort of like the stunt show at Disneyworld.
