    Beautiful Budgie Wellna!

    Congratulations and happy Pet of the Day to you, Wellna! What a beautiful, blue Budgie girl you are! I just love your stylin' blue cap! And yes, it matches your blue feathers to perfection! You're such a sweet, joyful little creature Wellna, and your human so lucky to have a best feathered friend in you! (I'd love to hear you singing!) I hope you're treated to a very happy, fun and love filled day of celebration, beautiful Wellna! Please have your person give you a gentle cuddle and some yummy salad, for me!

    I think you are the only budgie I've ever seen wear a hat. You look marvelous in it. That color does look great on you!!! I hope you and your loving guardian are enjoying your special day together.

    You are one of the cutest budgies I ever saw.
    Wellna,you seem to have a really nice personality and probably everybody that ever met you loves you.
    Also you look really good in that hat. It matches your feathers.
