    New small cat tree

Am I a sucker or what??? I've been promising the cats (thank goodness you all understand that statement! ) a big cat tree for Christmas....well...while shopping for another litter box I found a small cat tree for the furries...

It was only $29.00! They like it when I put them on it, but I don't think they get the idea yet...

    Here it is:

Please ignore all the birdseed on the carpet....I track it in all the time when I water my plants.

Wow, what a bargin! Looks like somebody we know is having a blast with it already!
I'm sometimes asked "Why do you spend so much of your time and money talking about kindness to animals when there is so much cruelty to men?" I answer: "I am working at the roots." -George T. Angell, reformer (1823-1909)

If I could throw out some of my landlady's unuseful (in my opinion) furniture, I would be able to place a cat tree, otherwise, there is really no place. I am absolutely sure, Juni would enjoy one.

I love the pictures. If I may ask, where did you find it at such a bargain? I know our furrballs would love it!

I found something a little smaller than that at Walmart. The kitties loved it. It was their first tree. Having the trees really saved my furniture...well, except for the recliner which I just think they do to get my attention.

I'm sure all your babies will be racing up and down it in no time. Is it close to any other furniture? That's how mine learned the joy of getting on top the dining room table. Even after I moved the tree they still figured out how to get up there, and it's a constant battle ever since to keep them off the table.

That's a cool little tree and the price is fantastic!

I got it from Petsmart. We had to build it (two bolts and a washer). It is in the aisle with the cat toys and beds. I had never seen it before...they had a few others, one with a little tunnel that looked neat too.

Chinadoll, yes, it's pretty close to the dining table, but they know not to be on there if there's food. Even Otherwise...it's ok....I dust ALOT! Even then, its only Noel that even likes being up there.
