    Pain again....

I've had another Endo flare up.

I've been on Lupron since June and the pain is starting to come back. Since the Lupron and birth control isn't working, I'm trying to find something else that will help.

It's good to have Kia there to hug when the pain gets bad. I'm sure she's confused and I try not to snap at her when she pushes my buttons.

I feel like I'm at my wits end...

Sorry .. just had to vent.

There's no nurse like a fur-nurse to distract you, is there? Poor Kia, mommy's not feeling good. Time for snuggling (heating pad help? Howz about a fur-covered kinda heavy heating pad?) instead of playing. Fix those pretty blue eyes on her, Kia, and help momma feel better again!

I'm cat sitting for my parents and was having a bad cramp last night when I suddenly found myself the proud owner of a happy purring kitty heat pad.

Kia was spending the night in her crate for being a nawtee dawg and getting into the trash.

Poor Kimmy. I can't imagine the pain you are dealing with. And what on earth did poor Kia do to deserve "nawtee dawg" status? Hehehe!!!

Feel better soon, sweetie. These female parts can be quite the "pain" sometime!!! Been there, done that, and don't want to repeat it!!!!

A kitty heating pad! That sounds like exactly what the doctor ordered. I hope you feel better soon.

Poor Kia - gee whiz Mom what's a little trash spread around?

Geez Kimmy, I didn't know you were ill. I've heard that that stuff is pretty wicked. Can they do surgery to correct without doing a hysterectomy?? What about a D & C?? I wish I could help you. Let me know if we can do anything for you.

She decided it'd be so much fun to take the bathroom trash and decorate the floor. Then she decided to make a snack out of an erm..... maxi pad. I told her no... to drop it... and tried to take it from her. That's when she showed me her wolf face, got defensive, growled, snapped... the whole nine yards and then defiantely ate it. I was not a happy camper.

I had laproscopic surgery back in October of 2001. It was then that they discovered the scar tissue, did the biopsy, and I was diagnosed with Endometriosis. I've been in pain for as long as I could remember and had been misdiagnosed by other doctors. A hysterectomy would be an ultimate last resort. Birth control and Lupron isn't helping.... not sure what to do now...

I am so sorry to hear about your pain. My next door nieghbour suffers with that too and is trying to avoid having a hysterectomy. Not because of wanting more children, in fact she doesn`t now all hers are grown, but because recovery time is so long.
Prayers and hope that you find a treatment or medication that helps you soon.
    Hugs

    Thanks everyone.

Some days are better than others. I'll hopefully be seeing a specialist soon.

    Much hugs!

What a sweet kitty....DOES a heating pad work? I know that when I have regular cramps...it is the ONLY thing that helps.
    ...RIP, our sweet Gini...
