Isabella help me with scratching

hi I have a shitzu-poodle mix dog. she loves to run in the ocean and has
been scratching.. I have given her a medicaided bath. she has no fleas or sand fleas. any suggestions.. is it the salt water ? any help appreciated.

It's probably just the salt water that's leaving her itchy, as it dries out the skin. A nice rubdown with some doggie-safe moisturizer may help.
