    Good vibes please! Spay day for Keeva

    I'm taking Keeva in to be spayed this morning.. I reluctantly decided that she will not be bred. She doesn't quite have the drive I would like to pass onto puppies (she's too low drive for a Malinois) and it's really hurting our agility training everytime she comes into heat. I'm especially nervous because Belgians are sensitive to anesthesia. Please send good vibes for my little girl!

    Keeva's home now She already wants to do too much but her body won't allow her. It's also Kai's birthday today.. I picked up a cake and ice cream for them.. I hope her appetite returns so she can enjoy some post-surgery cake too!

    Keeva's back to her usual self now We didn't give them the cake that day cause I wanted to make sure all the dogs enjoyed it.. Keeva didn't have an appetite for a couple days. Now that she's better, Kai seems to be ill He had thrown up a few times a couple days ago. Yesterday there was no vomit but he refused to eat. Today he is eating raw meat.. hopefully he'll get back to his usual self before this cake goes bad! :P
