    How to tell that it's a hot day....

    I find a very small tiger-skin rug on the floor.

    Zerlina was on bird watch this afternoon.

    My boys were in the bathtub when it hit 100 here! I pulled the shades and turned on the AC but it was still stinking HOT!

    Its not been excessivley hot here as yet, but when it is theres a mass exodus to the enclosed porch where there a nice breeze!!!

    We have that painting netting scaffolding up right now so the hot sun is being filtered. With this hot weather, both Mitzi and I are very happy about this. Also happy that the building is being painted - it's going to be beautiful!

    This looks like my cats. It's been in the mid 90's here the last 2 days and I don't have any a/c. Luckily my 3 long haired cats have lion cuts. Pearl still seems very active though.

    I have a little rug like that, but strangely, I seem to find it between the window and the curtain; even on very hot days
