I Truly Did Not Know This

Las vegas churches accept gambling chips!!!

This may come as a surprise to those of you not living in las vegas , but there are more catholic churches than casinos.

Not surprisingly, some worshipers at sunday services will give casino chips rather than cash when the basket is passed.

Since they get chips from many different casinos, the churches have devised a method to collect the offerings.

The churches send all their collected chips to a nearby franciscan monastery for sorting and then the chips are taken to the casinos of origin and cashed in.

This is done by the chip monks.

You didn't even see it coming did you ?

    Gotcha!

    DUDE!

    Never saw it coming..

You heard about the Hit Man who owed a Mafia family a favor?

The head of the family wanted a person killed, so the Artie, the hit man, told the boss he would do the 'hit' for one dollar to erase the favor.

The boss agreed and made the pact.

The hit man got the ID of the man and followed the mark for a week to study his habits. He knew that the man shopped every other day, so he followed him to the local super market. Artie followed the man to the back of the store and sensing the time was right, he began to choke the poor soul out......Just then, two of the store's clerks came across the murder scene.

Artie had no choice to choke the other two to death.

The manager heard the commotion and called the police who arrested Artie as he left the store.

The media was alerted and the newspaper ran this headline the next day...

"Artie Chokes Three for a Dollar at the A&P"

What you said Liz, ya got me, that was good. Richard, that was funny - but of course being that you are Richard, we all knew there was a punchline coming....

Y'know, I had heard this joke before but I apparently forgot it because I got sucked in, too.
