    started therapy today

    This morning I started pulmonary therapy to work on my shortness of breath. It was the usual bunch of exercises, on the treadmill, walking up and down some steps, and so on. I'll be going down there every monday, wednesday, and friday at 9:00. This should help my breathing problems and help me generally. Wish me luck!

    Hay, maybe that exercise will help with the weight loss too! How are you doing with the new teeth? Able to chew up a good steak?

    LB, I think this will help my weight problem and and give me more energy. As for the` teeth, I'm getting better with them, though I'm not quite up to steak right now!
