    Wonderful example in this video of a mama and baby squirrel, and a UCLA wall that was just TOO high ... until some humans came to help!

    Out west they build Fish Ladders to help ths fish swim past dams on the rivers;

    Maybe UCLA otta design Squirrel Ladders for their retaining walls.
