    brownie is missing

When I got home from work, my fiance told me the Brownie has been gone all evening. It's not like him to leave the house so I searched the neighborhood and he still hasn't showed up. I'm going to stop by the pound and put an add in the paper if he still isn't here by mourning. I'm really starting to worry about him.

No, not Brownie!! I love little Brownie!! I hope he is home soon!!!
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

he is still missing. I've looked around the neighborhood and at the pound and he still hasn't showed up. I am going to put an add in the paper. I hate not knowing where he is. It's not like him to just take off

Make sure to visit the pound every day and check all cages.
Our kitty was at the pound and even though we went and searched, they had her in an isolation room. We didn't find her in time to save her.

Ask the shelter if there dogs are kept in an isolation room, medical facility, etc. Sometimes, we've even found dogs in with the cats. (due to overcrowding). My advice is to keep going there and searching and make friends with all the volunteers.

Sadly, make sure to look in the DOA file in case Brownie was hit by a car.

    Good luck!
Ask your vet about microchipping. ~ It could have saved Kuhio's life.

i talked to the people at the pound, they know me because I stop by every now and then to look at the dogs. They said that they don't keep any in anyother rooms but I left a description of him so they will call me if he comes in. I'm going to make flyers now

I'm so sorry. This would be terrifying. Any news?

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.
