Tasha at play and after her bath

Thanks to Mary Ellen, Tasha (and my other 3) had another play date in the back yard. I took these photos.

First, on the way to ME's house, I always pass this building, which houses a tanning salon. I love the mural they did on the outside:

If you look, that window is NOT a real window, it is just painted on; and it has a PARROT sitting in the window!

Mary Ellen played "Dog Whisperer" today, and I just kept snapping photos:

The tan poodle is Teddy. Lacey is to the right sitting, and Sugar is in front, looking at something on the ground. Tasha is to Teddy's left. Mattie is far left, near the wall.

That is Charlie, walking towards the camera.

    A few more to come.

Tasha, Teddy, Mattie, Marlin and Sugar. Charlie is up in Lee's lap (Lee is his mom.)

    Sugar, Lacey, Tasha.

    And a few of Tasha:

    And 2 videos:

I was quite embarassed, as Tasha is clearly dirty in those photos. I've been holding off, as I wanted her to have time to adjust to being here. Now, my fluffs get a bath every 10 to 14 days. By my calculations, Tasha hadn't had a bath is about 5 WEEKS - during snow, slush and salt, and the start of MUD season!

So after all the romping and dashing about she did at play, I felt ready to give her a bath. (And I was embarrassed into it as well, looking at those photos, ha haa). She was fantastic to work with -- doesn't like it, but what fluff does? But she is like Sugar and Lacey, tolerant. (Unlike Marlin who howls, yelps and basically calls the cops on me every time, lol) And under all that dirt and grime is a white fluff! WHO KNEW?

I only did the bath blow dry and brush up. No trimming or nails. Heck for the first time, I wanted to be sure we ended on a positive note. Didn't actually get the legs too dry, they are curling a bit, but for now, I am thrilled!

I also gave Lacey a bath. Too late to do any more tonight (11 PM here), so I'll do the other 2 tomorrow.

    That's all!

Awww - now she's a fluffy-fluff too. But I could tell her apart from the others because of her cut.

How's she coming along with her "aggression" issues at home? Has she settled down any? She certainly has no problem socializing with all the other dogs tho. The way she races around is so darn cute. Guess she's making up for all that lost time when she couldn't!

Tasha is doing fine here, once I started making it clear I am alpha, she calmed right down.

Next, we are working on COME, as in come in, it is 3 AM and I want to get back to my nice warm bed!

I love the videos! I'm glad Tasha is learning how to be around other dogs, to play with toys and to run sprints! I hope the behavioral training is going well for her. She is so pretty and fluffy. I love how she goes right up to the lady in the sweatshirt with everyone else. And she is licking her lips in the one photo, so it must have been something delicious! *hug* for Tasha and *hug* *hug* *hug* for Sugar, Lacey and Marlin and big *HUG* for Freedom for taking Tasha in!

That looks like it would be so much fun. So many adorable pups has to equal a good time!
Tell Tasha that I think she looks marvelous after having her bath.
