Woman buys used couch and finds a hungry cat inside

Poor little calico kitty. She was reunited w/her family, though, so I guess all is well.

    Awwww - poor kitty.

At least it was donated, and not just taken to the dump! Wouldn't want to think of that ending.

It is good to hear that The Kitty had a Happy Ending,I have often thought i have lost my own Cats,It just goes to show that they can get into the weirdest places.Just the other day My Manx is not doing so well,I could not find her..She got in the closet i keep all my sheets and burried herself in the top.I was putting Laundry away and she poked her head out,I sure was relieved!

Glad this story had a happy ending! Imagine being that poor kitty and waking up in a strange house. I would have been frantic had I been that owner.
My cat Buddy used to find places to hide that I could not find him. I always was horrified thinking he had gotten outside somehow and then he would just stroll out from his hiding place and I would be relieved.

I heard this story last night!

This afternoon I was working in the yard and the song "LIGHTS" by Journey came on the radio.

Three minutes later I had the first verse written.

Sung to the tune of LIGHTS by Journey...

From the couch, unbound, comes a kitteh
Who was stuck there for some days!
There was nothing wrong with the kitteh
    Ooh, ooh

    So you thing your hungry!
I think the kitteh's hungry too!
The kitteh was not fed for some days
    Ooh, ooh

Its sad, Oh there's a kitteh in couch without you
    Without your charms,
    Ooh, my, my, my

When the couch swallows up the kitteh
And he does go hungry for days!
Do I hope they find that hidden kitteh
    Ooh, ooh

When the couch does give up the kitteh
Oh it is one happy day
And the owners got back their lost kitteh!
    Ooh, ooh

Apologies to the band and Steve Perry.

    Glad it worked out.

My parents cat Dana 300 was a couch kittay as a ketteh. My farm cats were pull out couch kittays, even though the porch couch was never pulled out.

I saw a clip about this on the news tonight. She's a really pretty cat. Bet she never crawls into a couch again.

Poor kitty! So glad the couch was sold within a few days.

You know what.... I think the kitty might crawl into a couch again. At least the family will know where to look.
