    How do you watch TV?

This is how my Dad watches TV:

Sugar is down on the side. Lacey is on his lap on a towel, as she and I had just spent 20 minutes outdoors with her bouncey ball. Did I mention it was raining and we were on a wet field? She was wet and muddy.

Once I sit down, at least one of the girls will move to my lap.

So let's see how you watch tv!

I usually watch TV in the bedroom on the bed. And usually all four of my furkids are with me. One of the cats is ON me and the others are scattered around the bed. One of the dogs is usually on my feet. They are better than socks!!
I don't have a picture because I can't move to go get the camera. Bruce took a picture of us sleeping the other night, but its on his camera.

Sugar looks like she is zonked out!! LOL
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

    Awww! That is very sweet.
That's how hubby usually watches TV: With Beenie to the side and Frankie in his lap.
Or Frankie will be next to me with his head in my lap.

Those pictures are so cute!! Dad loves cuddling as much as they do. Those dogs live in the lap of luxury.

I watch tv with Delilah plastered on my right side and I'm holding Daisy. If I sit down, Daisy wants me to pick her up. She has to be held in a certain way too. She's really picky about it. Across my chest, on top of my arm, bent at the elbow. I have to hold up her back end with the other hand. She tucks her nose into the crook of my bent arm. About 30 minutes into it, I start to feel everything going to sleep. She gets irritated if I have to move her.

Dad is alright, slowly recovering from the fall when he cracked the rib, Jan 23ed. The physical therapist was here today, she thinks he can go to adult day care in about 3 more weeks. It has been a long, slow recovery, but as long as it has been recovery that fine. Thanks for asking!

    Looks cozy!

Blue usually will lay on my lap while I watch TV. I've gotten used to the 100+lb dog laying on my lap. :P

Lacey and Sugar, what good companions you are for your grand-person! And Freedom, I'm glad to read that he is doing better

Ha ha! This was in my thread but I thought it would be good to put here. I sometimes watch it on my side. The tv is at my feet.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

Great pictures Sandie! It looks like they are trying to anchor him down in case a big gust of wind should come through the house! Of course when you have a lapful of dogs like that you think twice about getting up. That trip to the kitchen for something to eat during a commercial won't happen and that can be a good thing!

M&M's Mommy your picture is precious also. What a cozy group! My Ripley is always on my lap as well and if I have a blanket thrown over me, like I often do in the winter, he is under the blanket.
