Looking for a Dachaund rescue.

My MIL is looking for another Dachaund and of course we would prefer for her to rescue but don't know of any. Help please.

what's the difference between those last 2? The rescue I am with is national. On Petfinder, all of our dogs come up under Oklahoma, which is HQ. On Pets911, our dogs come up based on where the foster home is located.
