    Aw, thanks so much for the lovely comments, I know Dannielle will be pleased you like them. I think she takes some great photos. She is very much into birds/wildlife and the new camera she got for Christmas is really helping her get the shots she wants.

    By the way, she is just 13 years old.

    Great pictures - it's funny, as the pond water doesn't LOOK frozen, if it weren't for the fact that the birds are standing on it.

    Yeah, as you say, it does look as if they are walking on water.

    It is actually bigger than a pond, more like lake size, and there was a hole in part of it where the ducks were congregating. Dannielle did take some photos of that but I don't have them on my computer.

    These are lovely photos Chris. It sounds as though Danielle is very pleased with her Christmas present.

    Yes, she is very happy with the camera. My son's friend/workmate is a semi-professional photographer who takes the photos at the gigs they cover, he bought himself a new camera and he sold his 'old' one, at a good price, to my son for Danni. Worked out well all round.
