    Deer rescued after 2 days on the ice.

    Poor buck. Not clear if he is alright, hoping he just has some sprains and strains.

    I think he was just a little wobbly from the tranquilizer. Glad they saved him.

    We have a sanctuary close by for animals that get trapped or hurt this way, so glad everything seemed to go well with this little guy. Unhappy, but safe I hope.

    Bet that was one sore deer after he got out of there.. Poor baby! I am so glad they didn't give up on it!
