Fister's muddy paws

Fister was out earlier today, and he came up with mud stuck in his paws - well, as sweet as he is, I don't want him on my bed like that, so I wet a couple of Q-tips and cleaned every single nail with them (why didn't I think of that before!). He didn't like it much to begin with, but I was persistant!

But I think he actually enjoys his clean paws.

That reminds me of when I was young and Our Cats went out, and just as My Dear Mother waxed the floors , she would turn and see maddy Cat Tracks. O ccasionally Tubster Panther will as well, and hes as good as Fister on clean up detail.

It does sound as though he may have gotten the hang of the event after a while. I bet you used warm water, too, eh? He is one lucky fella, having such a servant around the house!

Cassie needs a paw-dicure and I am stalling because she knows what is coming as soon as I take hold of her foot, and reacts badly.
