Santa Claus Parade Pictures

First in a series of 68 pictures I took at the 47 Santa Claus Parade in Bowmanville yesterday,weather wasn't great,rain the whole parade.First one a 1950's police car, I think Larry restored the interior in this,2 is a 1970's Police Car,#3 is Branch 178 Royal Canadian Legion Pipe Band and Color Party,#4 "Look at Frosty Go" by the Bowmanvile Santa Claus Parade Committee,#5 same as #4,#6&7 is the Flourishing Baton Club,#8 Log Cabin Christmas,#9 Christmas Shoppping in Downtown Bowmanville by Historic downtown bowmanvile,#10 is A House Call-1858 by Lakeridge health Bowmanvile.

The pictures are so festive. Sorry about the rain. I still love the holiday look. It must have been a great parade.

Sleigh Ride by The Royal Canadian Mounted Police,#16 same as #15,#17-#19 Animals of the Bowmanville Zoo.There is a person inside the Streetcar that was on the other side of it looking out with a Monkey and more Monkeys being walked by Zoo workers behind the Streetcar,#20 175 years of gifts by St.Andrews Presbyterian Church.

I can't believe those monkeys are in a parade like that. Great shots, Barry!! I think I said it last year. That town is so cool. I love the fact that all those people came out even in the rain. I think they would cancel it here for rain. Thanks for sharing your great Chirstmas cheer again this year.

Barry, I'm amazed at all the great pictures you got of the parade. I bet the local paper and tv stations would love to see them. Sometimes their websites have places to post your photos.
