Happy Pet of the Day, beautiful Shookie! What a treat, being the first to congratulate you on your big day! Your human is right, it's hard to believe you're 16 years young! You're definitely "ready for your closeup," and no doubt you've got the heart, spunk and spirit of a youngster! But as spirited as you may be, I think you've found your match in your Mom, who's willing and able to take on all of the challenges you may throw (or buck!) her way; except maybe when it comes to denying you those treats As your Mom says, our companion animals teach us so much about life, and the meaning of friendship and unconditional love! You and your Mom have already forged an incredible bond of trust and friendship, and no doubt that bond will only grow stronger with the passing years! What a team!

Congratulations to you beautiful Shookie on being crowned Pet Talk's "top pet!" I hope you're in the midst of a very happy day of celebration, kicking up your heels in that gorgeous pasture of yours (bottom shot!) and palling around with your beautiful, beloved Paint Pony girlfriend Lady...the 6 cows, 2 donkeys, the sheep, goats...the whole gang!
