Puddles went to her new home! *pics*

I went ahead and adopted Puddles out. She was the perfect puppy, and needed the PERFECT family. I worked really hard getting her, and then again trying to place her in the perfect forever home. I truly believe I did.

Here are the pictures her new family sent me. She will be indoors only, I will get updates, and we will meet for playdates as much as we can. She will be spayed at 6 months old.

She also has another Chi sister, Bella. Her new name is "Sadie", which her owners named her that because it means "princess" in Hebrew. That she is!

The update:

Katie ~ I am so thankful that you allowed us to adopt her. Well when we got home last night she was very playful and happy. She and Bella chased each other around for about a good hour, and then my son and her laid in front of the tv last night and she feel asleep next to him. She has been eating fine and did not cry once in her crate last night. Overall she is doing wonderful. We have decided to name her Sadie, since she is a sandy color, and it mean princess in Hebrew I thought it fit her well. I hope you know that you picked the best home for her. She is very loved here. I will definitely keep you updated on everything and send you pictures every once in a while. Please know that you can call us anytime and when the weather allows it we will meet at the dog park. It was so nice to meet you last night and I just want to say thank you again.

AWWW! I just saw the Joey thread and was afraid that coming here would give me an overdose of cuteness but I clicked anyway! Puddles looks very happy in her new home and it will be nice to occasionally see her since she apparently lives close by. Should her new parents tire of her, she can come live with me. I have a Bella too, so she would feel right at home! Nice job of re-homing Katie! Are you planning to do it again sometime?

Boy!! Do we ever think alike!! I was also afraid to open this thread. It's almost more than I can take. Daisy has gone after the smelling salts.

I love happy endings! It truly does sound like she has landed the perfect home and that her future is very bright. She looks right at home in those photos and I can just imagine her chasing her new sister around. What a blessing she will be to her new family in the years to come.
