    HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY JAKE !!!
    It wasn't you that I went to pick up at the shelter that December morning, but it was you I came home with! I can't believe I made it through your puppyhood!All I can say is you are a character!
    We had a party yesterday and will post some new pics later tonight, but for now, puppy memories...

    Happy Birthday Jake! I can remember when your mommy first brought you home. Where does the time go? It's so hard to believe that behind that precious face is a nawtee boy. I hope you have a great time celebrating today and we look forward to more pictures!

    Happy First Birthday, Jake!!! He was such an adorable puppy, I can see how he won you over. However, I love his "new look" too, very pretty (oops, I mean handsome ). It really doesn't seem that long to me since you brought him home. Can't wait to see the party pictures.

    Jake a year old? Say it isn't so! Where does the time fly? Jake was very cute as a puppy and now is a very handsome big boy! About how much does he weigh? It is so hard from pictures to tell how big a dog is. Isn't it funny when they change colors and don't look like they did when you first brought them home. Tucker's color hasn't changed but his nose has grown longer and he looks somewhat different now from then. A neighbor got a pomeranian and named it Bandit because it had a mask on it's face - which it now 4 months later no longer has. Can't wait to see more pictures of Jake!

    These pictures were worth waiting for. I remember when you first got Jake and we were all wondering how big he would get and what he would look like. It's hard to believe this is the same little guy. Gosh he got so handsome. I am smiling at the caption by Layla that she is stuck up. She is stunning, and if she is stuck up she has a right to be!
