Be still my heart! What a dear, beautiful boy you are Savage, inside and out! Greyhound rescue groups do such amazing work, and the good souls who open up their homes and hearts to so many proud, noble, deserving dogs are simply the best...people like your Mom and Dad, Savage! But it is your humans who are the truly lucky ones, having been blessed with a furkid as special as you! It wasn't until I started helping out at a friend's boarding kennel that I learned what snuggly couch potatoes you kids can be! Well, actually, as she described it, you guys have two speeds, "overdrive" and idle! hehe So, I had to laugh as I read that your furry sidekick is a JRT! Now that's what I call the Ying and Yang of doggiedom! hehe What a terrific twosome!

Congratulations on your top honors, Savage! Hope you and Jasmine and your proud Mom and Dad are enjoying a very happy and fun filled Dog of the Day bash! What a most deserving honoree you are! Lots of love, cuddles and kisses to you and Jasmine too, sweetheart Savage!

Savage is a beautiful dog! I admire people who rescue dogs, especially those wonderful retired racing dogs that deserve so much love and attention. Congrats on being named the dog of the day!

    Hello Savage,

Great picture of you handsome boy. I am so happy to hear that you have
settled in so well. It's wonderful that you have a little sister Jasmine to show
you some of the ropes. You must be a very smart boy to have mastered the
laundry at such an early age. Congratulations on being chosen as our very
special DOG OF THE DAY. Sending you hugs & kisses too sweet boy.
