Our local news is on right now and I just heard something wonderful! The prosecutor's office in Philadelphia has appointed a special prosecutor who will handle cases of animal abuse exclusively! This is definitely a step in the right direction. Let's hope other prosecutor offices will follow Philly's lead!

Now to tighten up the laws and punishment for those who hurt animals!
