Our Princess Raven is at the Bridge

Last evening, our sweet Raven(COTD 12/9/04)left on her journey to the Bridge. Raven lost her gallant battle with kidney and liver disease. She was 12 years old. We rescued Raven in 2000, when she was only 4. Her first years were rough and took a toll on her health. At 4, she developed kidney disease, at 5, Raven lost all her teeth. She taught us to never give up and live life!!! Raven became a Delta Society Therapy Cat, and had quite a following! The Diva of the Kitchen, she never missed anything that was going on there, and always extended a " helpful " paw! Despite not having any teeth, that did not stop Raven from trying even corn on the cob!!! We miss her, but know she is young, healthy, and beautiful at the Bridge. She is back with some of the Clan that went there before. Raven, we loved you from the day we brought you into our home, and we will always love you. There is a void in our house where you should be....Sleep softly, our dear, sweet little Princess Raven...

I saw your post yesterday mentioning this happening. Even though I didn't get a chance to know your precious Raven, your description of her makes me think she was a wonderful girl. May those happy memories help you deal with the grief you are experiencing now.

Sandra, I am so sorry to read about your loss of dear sweet Raven. She was a fighter, and found a loving home which could help her fight each battle as it came. She loved all of you so much and the stories of her antics will help you get through this. {HUGS} to all of you. RIP Raven.

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about Raven. What a strong spirit she was! I know that you'll miss her but she knows how much you loved her and you gave her the best of care. RIP, sweet Raven and peace to you.

I'm so sorry to hear about Raven. She sounds like an amazing cat. I hope that she now is running free at Rainbow Bridge and feeling wonderful again.

I would not have realized it except that Candace posted her pic in her message to you and I saw it. She was so beautiful.

Ravens Approach To The Rainbow Bridge Was Met By All Of Our Angels, And All Of The Pet Angels All Greeting Raven, And Giving Her Gentle Head Bumps And Kisses.
There Was A Special Banquet In Her Honor At The Campbell Angels Sprit House Restaurant, And Then Raven With Her Wings Of Silver And Gold Is Heading To Santo Domingo Tonight To Be With The Pet Angels,and Be In Paradise Furrrever.
We Will Have A Special Dinner In Her Honor At The Pouncer, Mr Scrappy And Mr Fluffy Tony Romas Sunday Evening.
And While She May Be In Paradsie , She Will Never Truly Be Happy Until She Sees Her Meeowmie Sandra And Pawpie Barry, And You Are Reunited In Love.

I'm really sorry! She fought so hard all her life, and even though she must have had a rough start, she lived a good life with you and the clan, and made many people happy by being a therapy cat. Now she's with Ralph and all the others of her feline friends who went before... and she's young and healthy again.
