Bird outside window

Here is a bird sitting outside the basement window Sunday afternoon,don't know what kind it is.A Robin has built another nest on the security light,hasn't been back for 2 or three days,hope it comes back.The Chickadees that had been in the bird house are ,must have been old old enough to fly.

That looks like a young Robin that's not quite ready to fly yet!
