    Obsidian, you almost sound like a pesky little gerbil, and that makes me even more fond of you. After all, I have a soft spot for pesky animal. I am sure it is part of the reason, like your own stated, that you have a bunch of personality.

And those whiskers, the longest I've ever seen on a Gerbil, for sure! You sound like quite the character Ob, so packed with personality and spirit, definitely keeping your people on their toes! But I'm sure your humans wouldn't have it any other way! And no matter the mischief you make, I'm sure all is forgotten when you curl up in your human's hand at night, dispensing those little Gerbil kisses, softly purring, sweetly sleeping!
