    Another Candidate for Dumb Criminal Award

    A man got arrested twice in 7 hours.

    First he got pulled over for drunk driving. His car was impounded.

    Next, police arrive at the impound lot when the alarm goes off. He "claimed" he needed his cell phone to get a ride home. So police got his phone for him.

    Finally, police again respond to an alarm at the impound lot. The man "released" his car to drive himself home.
