    Duke learned a Painful Lesson!

And so Did I!!! Duke was out on his run, playing with his long lost Cuz that I found while mowing the lawn. I decided to do some Weed wacking. I was alongside the back of the house, whacking some weeds when all of a sudden Duke came up from behind me, and decided to try to eat the Weed Whacker!! Needless to say the Weedwacker Won! So from now on Duke isnt allowed outside, while I am weed Whacking! Geesh!!!

here is Duke sporting His war wounds!!

    Maggie,

I didn't slap you, I just high fived your Face!

Awwww, poor Duke!! He doesn't look like he's in pain. He looks as happy as can be.
That's scary though. Zoee always goes outside while Bruce does yard work. But she usually is off chasing squirrels or birds back in her "corner of the world". She doesn't like the vacuum, so I can't imagine her getting close to a loud outdoor machine. But ya never know!!

I hope your nose gets all better soon Duke!!
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

Oh no. That poor fella. Please give him a kiss for me. Oh, that poor boy. That must have hurt. I shudder to think, it could have been worse.

Oh Duke... what in the WORLD were you thinking young man?!?

My in laws dog Sarge tries to attack the riding lawn mower. He'll grab onto the mower deck and pull at it while they're mowing grass!

So.. just like Duke, Sarge needs to be inside when they're cutting the grass.

My husband got hit in the face with a rock one time, so now he wears protective eyewear and Cassie is in the house. I'm so glad Duke is okay.

Ouchie! Have you found your heart yet? I'll bet it leapt from your chest and it's in the yard somewhere. I hope Dukie is OK. Poor nosey.
