Our Norway Maple dad and i planted 2 years ago last month and my attempt to grow some grass around the tree and at the corner of the lawn around the post..dad had put a post there to stop cars from cutting the corner,Mom had me take it out in the fall,thinking someone might hit it,so out it went and when the snow melted ,cars and buses were cutting the corner and made a mess of the lawn so back it went,painted the post bright Pink florescent paint.I put down some top soil and grass seed on it a couple of days ago,now just keep kids or dogs off it,one did walked right through it yesterday,they will hear about it today if it happens again.

The tree and the grass are beautiful, Barry. You really do a great job of keeping the yard looking fabulous. Your Dad would be so proud. I know he's smiling down at you.
