Ouch! Odie stop that! Please Help Me!

Odie my kitty claws my hair EVERY night when I sleep. He lies down on my pillow and claws my hair. Sometimes he scratches my hair a bit. Is this normal? What can I do to stop it?

    How old is he?

Maybe this is a behavior he'll outgrow ... If your hair is long, try braiding it before bedtime, so it's not as fun to "play in!"

You aren't using catnip shampoo, are you?

I tried braiding my semi-long hair but it just gave more of a game... try sleeping with a few dogs (of the four legger kind) my cats & kittens LOVE sleeping curled up with the dogs & me on my bed. I just get a few paw prints every now and then. Laurie

Umm If I braided it he would just play with it I don't mind that much. It helps me sleep He purrs and purrs and it makes me feel safe I'm glad he's there but when it gets annoying I just put my head under my pillow and eventually he'll stop and fall asleep...Or leave lol
