    Baked Ziti

Oh My Word... The 5 cheese ziti at Olive Garden is my absolute favorite but it has a zillion ingredients and takes forever to put together. I did a quick google search for an easy baked ziti and came up with a quick 5 ingredient recipe. I tried it tonight and WOW... Tyler chowed down like he was starving and I am embarrassed to say that I helped myself to seconds! (the scale will punish me later ) It is just cooked ziti, ricotta cheese, mozzarella chesse, parmesan cheese, and spaghetti sauce! It's so easy but soooo yummy. Of course I used my favorite sauce and added fresh minced garlic and various herbs but it really is shocking how such a tiny bit of effort comes out sooooo good!

That sounds sooooo yummy! And easy, too! Right up my alley!

Feel free to punch me and/or your brother, but you put HERBS in your ziti? You don't like spice!
