    They're way too darn expensive. There are instructions online for several different pet wheelchairs that would cost less than $50 to build if you had all of the tools. I may pay somebody to build one for me if I can't find one for Autumn. She would be able to go for longer walks and play at the dogpark more if she had one. Plus I'm sure she will become paralyzed before her lifespan is over.

    There are even some manufacturers that are cheaper, but a lot depends on the size of the critter. For instance, Dogs to Go doesn't do big puppers anymore.
