POTD is a fireworks display?

When I looked at the POTD for today I thought that it was the picture of a fireworks display.

Sorry, Karen and Paul, I thought you both had gone over the edge.
When I looked closer I saw that it wasn't anything that had to do with your sanity.


I just have to pay closer attention to what I am looking at.

We have a friend who has a white peacock - spectacular creature. When he sheds, Jack gives us some of the feathers for the cats to play with.

It made you look didn't it? I couldn't figure it out either but I'm glad I went and looked at it. I'd never seen a white peacock before. Just beautiful!

I know it looks funny in the thumbnail! White Peacocks are such beautiful animals. My dad has raised a few but unfortunately his only male died before he got his tail. The rest he has are females.
