Virtual Office help...need basic

Hi there:

I am looking for freeware for a virtual office, but not the whole meal deal. Just need a bulletin board for Pets and Apartments to post on.

I have a Yahoo group up temporarily, and would do a blog - but many of those require a particular email account/address to access.

There is Zoho - which I think I found before, but it is closed right now due to over-capacity.

Any leads?
