My dog is sick

My dog Lassie is eating canned foods slowly (When shes not sick we have to slow her down so she doesnt choke)! She won't listen to anyone ! She is just moping around She won't even listen to my dad

Have you taken her to the vet? Is she throwing up? Does she go to the bbathroom still? Is she drinking water? How old is she? Could she have eaten something that is upsetting her tummy?

shes not throwing up or anything but she is very old! 6 yrs.

6 years old for a dog is NOT old. Has your dog been sick for awhile? Has he always eaten fast? Have you tried feeding him just small amounts frequently? Tell us more.

I would contact a vet, sounds serious. Any change of behavior should not be taken lightely. I hope that everything is okay.

Well she is in heat but she's never gotten deppressed before

She has lumps! One on her back (medicine got most of it away. It's like a zit now) and a mammory tumor.

Well my dad says if she doesn't get better then we'll take her and get her surgery set I hate the thought of her getting surgery for that tumor and I feel so bad cuz I saw the tumor when I was little and didn't say anything about it I hope she doesn't die or get hurt or have to be on wires and stuff That pic looks like my dog

Kitty puff, if you can, please find another vet and get a diagnosis at least. The symptoms are all too familiar for me (lymphosarcoma). Time is of the essence. We lost a shepherd within a week after we notice the same exact symptoms.

how old was your shepard?

Kitty puff, our shepherd was 10. He was very active and healthy up until then.

same with my dog! but she is 6 . She just stop being active we uised to play games in the backyard and now all she does is mope around
