A year minus a day ago, our dear Ringoletta http://CatoftheDay.com/archive/2007/June/16.html
left for the rainbow bridge.

The "cosmic" timing of her being COTD the day after the sad event was and still is quite moving. Her evil sister Ronronichou was grieving her for two full months, gaining weight, not playing and being generally apathic.

Since Ringoletta, aka Ringo, the cat from the ghetto, going off to the Bridge, a new cat joined our crazy cat bunch. Black Jack Chirac, the most loving morbidly obese black cat ever.

I miss you dear Ringoletta, every time I sneeze, I miss you making the i-have-seen-a-bird sound. You were an unforgetable cat, I still find myself singing your song. Thanks for having been a true joy in our lives.

WELL RINGOLETTA HAS BEEN A CAT ANGEL NOW FOR A YEAR , WITH HER WINGS OF SILVER AND GOLD, AND SHES PART OF THE RESTAURANT SCOUT SQUAD WHO EAT AT FINE DINING ESTABLISHMENTS TO EVALUATE THE FOOD.
ITS A JOB SHE LOVES AND SHE FINDS THE BEST AND MOST FUN PLACES TO EAT!!
AND SHE HAS A SPECIAL PLACE FOR A BANQUET WHEN YOU ARE ALL TOGETHER ONCE AGAIN.

Sweet Ringoletta, you are so happy, healthy and free at the Bridge! Find a way to let your mom and family know that you are doing ok, and then enjoy some of that heavenly catnip up there!
