    Orphaned Puppy pictures

The orphaned puppies will be 5 weeks old tomorrow. They are a little under size for their age but are doing great. My friend Lynn has brought 5 of them home and will finish weening them using formula. Kennel cough is going around in the kennel they were at and she wanted them home where she can take care of them now. These are pictures of the other 3.

This is a picture of my son, A.J. with one of the babies.

This is Lynn with two of her babies.

One of the babies being weighed.

    And a labby littermate!

Oh, Candy!!! What precious little ones they are!! They look healthy and happy. And AJ is adorable holding that baby. Are you even tempted a little bit to get one for yourself?? I would have a hard time restraining myself!!! Bless those Labbie moms who so willingly adopted them!!!

Please give your friend my best wishes for a very Merry Christmas with these precious bundles!!

YES Logan, I am tempted. All it takes is one wiff of puppy breath and I'm a gonner! What a push over I am! What it really did to me though is make me want to reconsider having Dixie fixed. She was such a great momma and did not have any difficulties delivering but.... I'm a little gun shy now and kinda want to count my blessings and not push it. Besides anytime a female has a litter it is hard on them. I actually saw Dixie age a little faster during the time she was nursing.

OH! But the smell of puppy breath anytime you want it and in large quantities! Not to mention the snuggability, puppy kisses, and total joy of caring for them. HEAVEN on earth!!!!!

Oh Dixie, what great photos, Your son is very handsome, looks like the All American.
The puppies, be still my heart, they are so adorable. I don't know how anyone could let go of any puppies, if Daisy had ever had puppies I would have kept them all, just to hard to give them up. I think that would happen to you if Dixie had any more. Great pictures, it always makes me long for a puppy, alas not for us right now.

Just wanted to say the pictures of the babies are ADORABLE !!!Don't know what normal
size is for that age, but they look like good
size puppies to me. The GR's and the Labbie
    baby both are sooo PRECIOUS....
In the office today I flipped over my
calender page for today, and today's picture
was "Golden Retriever Puppies".One laying in
a wicker basket & the other snoozing on the floor beside the basket.I just love looking
at them, and remembering Buddy as a pup.
Thanks for posting the baby pics !!!

Oh my gosh those dogs are sooooo adorable! They look very healthy and beautiful! I could never part with them if I raised them! Are they up for sale? Or are you keeping them all? Well, whoever ends up keeping them they are very lucky to have such beautiful dogs! Good job on raising the pups and thanks for sharing the pics!
