should i wait to start taking lmy puppy places and what not cause i want him to be a very social dog. there are two parks near me where there is a lake that dog's can go to and there is petco near me

It's great to start socialising early but I've heard it's best to wait taking them to parks and pet stores until they've had at least their 2nd (?) set of shots as they don't yet have the immunity to some diseases. Most puppy classes require age specific vaccinations to enter classes. I hope someone will be more help than myself.
