Police dog killed in 200 foot drop.

In CA a k9 dog was killed after a suspect pulled the dog over the rail of the Coronado bridge.

The dog was turned loose on the suspect after he stopped on the bridge.

The idiot survived the fall.

Another poor dog killed becuase of the stupidity of the PD.
Now, no one could predict that the idiot would jump but where else was he gonna go?

Damn. I have nothing against canine police helpers for tracking or guarding people, but hate it when they send the dog in an attack, when
a tazer or leg shot could have disabled the guy.

That is so sad, why did they save the bad guy and not the dog? Maybe Stryker died on impact, I hope it was fast and painless for him.
