    Garlic & Olive Oil CousCous
    Cheesy Bisquits
    And a fresh Salad

Nothing fancy. I sent my husband to do the grocery shopping yesterday and he got 3 varieties of steak (cubed, skillet, etc.) in addition to the two NY strips we already had in the freezer. Anyone want to buy some red meat off me?

I don't know what we're having so I think we're headed to Kay's house for dinner.

Ok, we're having nachos. I'm feeling too lazy to cook tonight.

That sounds good, Kay!!!!! I have no idea what we're having. It's just Scott and me for dinner and we have leftovers from yesteday's lunch (I used two of Pamela's recipes, by the way), so we may just eat those.

    Vegetable quiche and salad.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
