Can anyone get to Bellingham Washington and pull this guy from a kill shelter?
AARRFF is willing to take him if we can set up transport to Salem OR....

So he's in Bellingham? I know an ACD breeder who will take heeler rescues and place them in homes. I will try and contact her.

Thanks but he already has a place in RESCUE, we just need to get him a ride to Salem OR.
