Look What I Woke UP To This Morning!!!

Hi, as some of you know Pearl's and Storm's relationship isn't the same as it used to be. They used to very loving and would cuddle daily. Storm was like another mother to Pearl.

Now Storm's on an herbal supplement that helps calm him down so he's not aggressive. Pearl's still been acting aggressive towards Storm though and if he's sleeping on my bed she'll try to make him get off. If he's sleeping in a cat bed, she'll chase him out of it.

Well look at the pictures that I was able to take today. I hope to see many like these in the future. Enjoy!!!

Not cuddling but sharing the same bed.

Pearl being nurturing and washing Storm.

    Being a bit more alert.

Alert and still relaxed being near each other. Notice that Pearl's tail is wrapped around Storm.

That's all for now. I hope that the cooler weather will bring some cuddle sessions with these two.

Aw, that's great! That looks like a comfy snuggle.

I'm working on Dixie's and Churchy's relationship (or lack of). I decided to start feeding them right next to each other, it's worked a bit so far so we're taking it slow.

Glad you pointed out the tail wrap, I hadn't noticed. That is SO cool! Cats DO communicate through their tails, I just love that pic!

Now that's harmony!! Glad to hear things are looking up with these two!
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

Awwwww............how sweet. And now that Storm is calm enough, he can learn to enjoy being nurtured and loved by Pearl and other kitties.
