Life is good again!!! extra pic on post 22

I owe all my friends on PT an update on me . I've got so many good vibes and wishes for my surgery, this was so heartwarming for me! So, now that this surgery is almost 4 weeks behind me, I feel I am ready to show you all how happy I am now
On september 5th, I got an neurostimulator, to fight the neuropathic pain in my leg. I am still in the trial period, but I can finally say that almost all the pain is gone when my stimulator is on . I can walk, I can sit as long as I like; in other words: I am enjoying life again!!! They will take the trial stimulator away in 2 weeks, but I hope to get my defenite stimulator early december!!

    YIPPIE!!! LIFE IS GOOD AGAIN!!

Thank you all for the great support; I wish I could send everybody on PT a hug and a "Flemish kiss" (= 3 kisses : right, left, right cheek )

This picture is taken 1 week ago. You can see me playing "Memory" with my nephew's 3 daughters. This would have been impossible for me before I had my surgery!!

btw...... I lost.. , the youngest girl Klara (4years old with crown on head) won

SIS, this is GREAT news! Just a one-month wait for the permanent one? That is a lot better!

Enjoying life - you just keep doing that!

BTW - did you see that your Snoepie is sharing July on the PT Cats Calendar with Oscar and Cole? I guess that makes sense, our kitties are cousins to each other!

Oh Lut, does it ever warm my heart to read this post! And just look at that happy smile on your face - sitting down - painfree and having fun with the girls.

(you are supposed to lose those games - you are the adult! )

Ha ha, I know; but here I was trying really hard, because their mom told me that she is NEVER able to beat her daughters in this game! So I tried to remember as much as I could!!! But hey, I failed
