A 26 year old drunk man was arrested in St. Paul for ripping the head off a domestic duck in a hotel atrium.
News reports said that he chased the duck, one of 7 of a family of ducks that live at a pond in an atrium of a hotel, and was so angry, he killed it.
He could face up to two years in prison.

Some people think they can do whatever they want and get away with it... Being drunk is no excuse! I hope they make an example out of him!
