    Ebby's purry request(s) (2 videos+1 picture)

There I was in the kitchen happily surfing the net when this big furry creature jumps up on the table ...

A little later I move back in the living room and ...

Finally realising she is getting nowhere she retreats to the stairs.

I wasn't being mean honestly, she had her bowl filled up as usual a few hours ago, all this is for the tastier food she sometimes gets. I'll open a tin of tuna perhaps, or give her some of the meal I'm cooking, chicken, beef and so on. And it's chicken today so she will have some, just a bit later than she would like.

Ebby, you have such pretty green eyes! I can't open the video right now so I will do it over the weekend and see how you asked for some yummy food.

    Ebby is a gorgeous girlie!
Isn't it funny how cats can really "pour on the charm" when they want something (either that, or make you feel guilty enough to give in)

Not all the time but quite a lot, and not only when she wants something, stroking and petting has the same effect. I love mornings with her, no matter how hungry she is she will not and eat the food I've put down until she's had the required amount of fuss and given and purrs back.

Oh my gosh! Listen to all that purring!! I'm sitting on my sofa, and Furbee came down to sit next to me and sniff at the laptop, like "Where is all that happy sound coming from?!" She's purring now too, lol.

Love her little squeak voice too! What a doll!

Golly, Ebby and Zerlina could be twin sisters, right down to the purrrr! But she doesn't purr for her dinner. She and Don Juan just sit on the coffee table next to the empty bowl and stare until I get the message.

Hugs and kisses given. I'm not sure of her correct age as she is a rescue cat but by the vets reckoning she was about 18 months to 2 years of age when I got her in '02 so that makes her around 7 now.

    Ebby is just so beautiful!
I loved hearing her purr and she has the cutest little meow.
I swear she must be related to Sasvermont's black kitty Lucy, she has a squeaky little meow too.
Please give Ebby a hug, kiss and bellyrub from me.
    RIP sweet Samantha
