The last medical study ever needed:

For those of you who watch what you eat,
here's the final word on nutrition and health.
It's a relief to know the truth
    after all those conflicting
    nutritional studies.

    1. The Japanese eat very little fat
and suffer fewer heart attacks than
    Americans.

    2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

    3. The Chinese drink very little red wine
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

    4. The Italians drink a lot of red wine
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
    5. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and fats
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

    CONCLUSION

Eat and drink what you like.
Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

I've always watched what I ate.....watched the food go directly into
my mouth. Old joke, i know.

    LOL good one

We always like to say "Eat right.... die anyway."

LOL Lizbud, that's kind of like being on the seefood diet.... I see food and I eat it.

I saw that before and thought it is SO right!!!

My wonderful oldest brother never smoked, didn't like it around him, never drank, ate healthy and always took top notch care of himself.. Unfortunatley, he just put off his colonscopy to long and that killed him.

The rest of us smoked and partied till we puked and ate what we wanted.. We're still here....
