The Storm.

The storm hit so forcefully,
The rain came lashing down.
The wind howled thru the trees,
Lightning flashed around.

He and she sat in that room,
Sitting so far apart.
They wouldn't come together,
They never had the heart.

As they sat there trembling,
In the early hours of that morn
They wished that they were hugging,
To help them thru that storm.

Just then the lightning flashed,
And a thunder boom.
And into each others arms they jumped,
Across that empty room.

And then in the darkness,
They heard "Say Cheese!"
A click and flash of a camera,
Oh paleeeeeze !!!!!

Talking of storms we have just had a ferocious one here and we had to hide in the hall of the office building with the doors closed because the lightening came through the window scary stuff absolutely scared the bejesus out of us!!!!!

It's not much use whinging to me about the weather Jo.
EVERYONE is having there share of bad weather.
Do you know, we had a wind here today....true !!! It blew a sheet of someones newspaper onto my front lawn.
I had to put on my shoes, walk out onto the lawn, pick up that newspaper sheet, open my bin, and place it in the bin.
I mean....I haven't got time for that sort of thing.
You see.....the weather is to blame....it has to be something to do with greenhouse gases !!!!! It's so annoying.

Clever clogs!!!!!!!!! Its not so bad now we are back but it was scary for a while and even our boss who has been caught in bad storms and the Tsunami got his hair up and mentioned a few words I have never ever heard him say not even the girl who has been here with him 15 years ever heard him say them either!!!
