George has a cold, but he is pooping very stinky turds and I'm wondering if it is a crappy( ) cat food. It is 'Special Kitty'. Thanks for your time and for your soul.

How old is George? How long have you had him? I don't know what food that is, but I think a really good quality food is important, especially for a male kitty.
Smelly turds? I have noticed that kittens tend to have smellier poops . Maybe not, but it seems that way.
I think we need a little more info about your kitty...............age, general health, do you have other kitties, etc.
