    Puff settles in...

I have a pretty amazing group of cats around here. Puff arrived from the shelter on Thursday. She has been out and about a bit and met the others. A few hisses and little else.

    Boots is completely unconcerned.

Sophia was a little snotty, but she's always a little snotty with the other cats. She is a princess and they are commoners, after all!

Ms. Puff was a little worried, but started exploring the house a bit. She hasn't found the enclosure yet or maybe she just has no interest in the out!

She prefers to lounge in the spare bedroom/computer room most of the time. She is eating and using the litter box, both of which she was not doing at the shelter. I suspect her owner used to share his meals with her. She demands people food and only eats when I am in the room with. Doesn't touch the food when she's alone. There ain't much to her under that long coat. She is underweight, but isn't a very big cat to start with. She is aggressively friendly and will give continuous headbonks for as long as she's allowed.

She's a pretty little thing. Her coat is a little ratty and she has a few mats, but she'll clean up nicely!

She is beautiful!! I'm so glad to hear she is settling in well with the others.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

An elegant gray lady she is!

She looks like she needs your love, good food and a warm place to call home. She'll be bright eyed and plush in no time with you!
Your crew is very amazing. They seem to know that there is always room for one more who needs a break in this life.

    thanks for saving Puff!

She's such a sweetheart, and I'm sure she'll soon be familiar with everything/body around her. Hopefully she'll start eating more too.

A good brushing will do wonders for her, so I hope she likes that.

    Love the portrait of her.

  15. I do not believe I have ever seen a cat face that looked so full of wisdom! What does she know? Will she share it with you....

p.s....I just read that other saw her eyes and see sadness...makes me wonder..how far apart are sadness and wisdom? Interesting question....
